- What you expected to find, and what you found instead.
- Screenshots if the problem is visual.
Response time
Corrections are usually reviewed within a few days. There is no support for in-game problems, account issues, or lost progress — those go to the game's own support channel.
Content removal
If you are a rights holder and want something removed, say so in the email with the page URL. Content is removed or rewritten rather than kept in dispute.
